SIM New Student Application Form (Retired)

Welcome to the new student application for the School of Innovation & Management (SIM) at Union University of California (UUC). This one application can be used for our certificate program (University Engish) as well as our degree programs (BBA, BSIT, and MAOL). Before you complete this application, please note the following:

1. Application Deadlines:

For the University English Certificate (UEC) program, apply by the 15th to start the 1st of the month.
For BBA, BSIT, and MAOL programs, applications are received before April 1st will get priority review. Applications received after this deadline will be reviewed in an on-going basis.

2. Required Documents: You will need to submit the following required documents as part of your application. Please gather your documents first before you complete the application.

Copy of an ID Card / Passport
Certified Highest Degree/Diploma
High School, College, Other Academic Transcripts

3. English Proficiency: Since SIM programs are taught in 100% English, students will need to have a minimum English proficiency in order to do well. Students who have not achieved the minimum proficiency can still be accepted but will be required to enroll in additional English supplemental instructions.
